welcome to chaoscetica, the chaoscetic website to chaos your ascetica

This is not my first attempt at HTML but it is my first tangible project, so welcome. It's an excuse to pull out Visual Code so there's a plus. It's nice to have something different to pull up on my desktop while I let Spotify run its course - I've been re-establishing my physical media collection but for the moment I remain a slave to the streaming goliath - and gaze into the portal between the analog and the digital. I would say I have big plans but these remain inklings of what I feel a surge of fire toward making. These remain as opaque blurs of images in my mind's eye. But I have some idea of how I will be turning these into tangible realities. But for the moment let us take a moment to reflect on these little tadpoles of possibilities, of endless realities, each as real as the next until the moment they become cold and factual. I like to remember myself as a child, before I had watched the original Star Wars trilogy in a daily process of taking swimming lessons before stopping by Blockbuster with my father to pick up the next DVD. Before I sat and watched and made little starfighters out of cardboard boxes, I was disconnected from the narrative reality of the trilogy. I was aware of the characters as archetypes, most certainly. But they remained ephemeral, with infinite possibility in what they were and who they were and what they did. I was aware of Darth Vader as some archetypical entity filled with endless possibility in how I could relate to him or how I might image he would act or consider himself beyond the broad strokes of charactisaction. As I watched through the trilogy, I remember the catharsis. But I also remember that salient feeling of loss. The removal of all those possibilities, for a definite had entered my universe of what exactly he had done or said or though at certain particular points in time, and the ramifications of these deeds. And so in memory of this experience, I take this moment to reflect on the same process being undertaking now with this website. All the infinite possibilities soon - I hope - to find their death in their life now in definite space.

For the sake of remembering how to make a link in HTML, I am sharing a link to a video I made some several months ago. The Minecraft Realm which I still keep and has since overtaken its six month bithday is the setting, wherein I was excited to show to the most dearest person I have in my life what the fledgling world looked like with a shader and some extra animations. They still can only run it on a PS4. Skill Issue. Here is that link: Realms Regnum.

Once I learn how to implement multiple pages, faeces will be reified and shit will get real.

I have a few spaces in my life which I would like to dedicated a particular page to. In no particular order:

This will be it for now. I'm going to start working on the style sheet and they call it a night.
